* Audio/Video Media including Body Worn Camera footage:  20-22 months All other requests:  Timeframe is based upon items requested

Please include;
- first and last name of each employee with their corresponding;
- badge number
- employee identification number
- hire date
- rank or position
- assigned duty station/substation/precinct/location
- current salary

This request applies to ALL sworn Department employees, including those at substations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
