Hwy 6 Jail and Jack Harwell Detention Center Sign In Logs for, Thomas Parnell McNamara, Chris Eubank, Rebecca Eubank, and Cody Blossman for 901 Washington, Hwy 6 Jail and Jack Harwell Detention Center again just the number of days.
and any other record-keeping methods of physical presence or time spent at 901 Washington or Hwy 6 Jail and Jack Harwell Detention Center
during each weekly period for the following yearly periods.

The County Judge’s Office does not have this information and we have forwarded your request to the Sheriff’s Office. Below is the response from the Sheriff’s Office.
There is an ORD currently under review by the AG regarding this information. The requestor asking our department to compile this data to answer her request would constitute the creation of a new record. “The Act does not require a governmental body to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.”
