1. All records showing the number of CERTIFIED JAILERS Employed
January the 1st 2018 until December 31st, 2018
January the 1st 2019 until December 31st, 2019, to include the takeover of the Jack Harwell Detention Center in September 2019
January the 1st 2020 until December 31st, 2020
January the 1st 2021 until December 31st, 2021
January the 1st 2022 until December 31st, 2022
January the 1st 2023 until October 20, 2023

2. A list of all CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICERS that have quit or resigned from 01/01/2013 to the present.

3. All records showing the number of federal inmates housed/incarcerated at McLennan County and the Jack Harwell Detention Center for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. All documented income and/or loss of income from housing federal inmates.

4. All records showing the number of County Inmates housed/incarcerated in McLennan County Jail for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. All documented costs of housing County inmates per year.

5. All documents to include the McLennan County Duty Logbook showing employees that have been assigned to work the front guard gate at the McLennan County Jail for the time period of October 1, 2022, through October 1, 2023. Again, no specific dates or times are required.

6. All documents showing employees assigned to guard incarcerated inmates who have been admitted into the hospital or transported to doctors’ appointments outside the McLennan County Jail from October 1, 2022, to October 1, 2023. Again, no specific dates or times are required.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
