Dear Ms. Feazell:
I write to ask for clarification of your request doe "All criminal records
and files on Richard Mills of Waco, Texas." I request clarification in two
senses. Firstly, what I have been able to pull up on a Richard Mills is
old misdemeanors, like 2010, 2014 approximately. Are these the cases over
which you seek records?
Secondly, are you seeking "all files" on Mr. Mills, or are you seeking more
specific, narrowly tailored information?
I am sure you will respond to me quickly. Nevertheless, I am obligated to
mention that Texas Government Code, Section 552.222 provides that a request
for information is considered withdrawn if the requestor does not respond in
writing to a governmental body's written request for clarification or
additional information within 61 days.
