Not entirely true. I believe it is Rule 12 that governs judicial records. Rule 12 is rule promulgated by the Supreme Court that governs release of information considered judicial records. If there was a mileage reimbursement for Pareya going to the scene, that would fall under Sec. 552. Cell Phone records on a county paid or reimbursed cell phone are records subject to Sec. 552. I would wait the 10 days and then file a complaint with the AG for the information withheld.
