Records from he DA's office on Wayne Faulkinberry, I believe I sent you FaulkEnberry and that was an incorrect spelling, thank you.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Both of the requests on this subject were sent to the DA’s Office. I noticed this response on Muckrock from the DA’s office which covers the below request.

We have been forwarded your request for records from our office relating to "Wayne Faulkinberry." We have been unable to identify any records that would be responsive to your request. You will appreciate that variations of spellings are common, so our records software includes "Soundex," an application that recognizes such possible variations in our research requests. Accordingly, we used this application in both your requests concerning this individual, and neither search returned any responsive records under the specific names you gave us, or under a variant spelling.
