COMP TIME BALANCES AND PAID COMP TIME 2018 TO CURRENT

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. "Comp Time" accrual balances for all Sheriff's Office personnel both paid and unpaid the amounts and to whom it was paid
From 01/01/2018 to 12/15/2023

2. I am also, requesting overtime paid from 01/01/2018 to 12/15/2023 for all Sheriff's Office personal amounts and to whom it was paid.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
