Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Request Marysville Police Department or pertinent data regarding parking citations issued in the area of the Silver Dollar Saloon, 330 First Street, for the period of January 1st 2023 through December 31st 2023.
Metrics to include the total number of vehicles cited, the total number of citations involving Veteran License Plates, Disabled Veteran License Plates, Military License Plates, and Out of State License Plates.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Greetings. We have one citation in the area that you requested, around the Silver Dollar Saloon. The citation was issued on 7/15/2023, the type of license plates are not monitored or tracked other than the state they are issued from (as noted in your request " Veteran License Plates, Disabled Veteran License Plates, Military License Plates and Out of State License Plates"). This citation involved a California License Plate.
With this communication I will consider this PRA satisfied and move the status to closed. Should you need clarification on any provided information please let me know. Should you request further information, I will open another PRA for you.
