Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
• A copy of the bid submitted by Indianapolis in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters — document(s) which would have been sent between September 1, 2017 through January 20, 2018 — and any supplemental materials provided to Amazon at the same time.
