No other contract was found responsive to this public records request.

In processing the request for "records of communication with the domains CellebriteUSA.com, investigation.com, or mdsec.net from either the chief of police or head of procurement" the following information is being provided:

Please be advised that the MCSO does not have a chief of police. For the purpose of this public records request, the MCSO Legal Liaison Section interpreted this rank as equivalent to Sheriff. The MCSO personnel whose emails were searched for this request were Sheriff Paul Penzone, Executive Chief of Administration LeeAnn Bohn, and Procurement Supervisor Amie Bristol. After a thorough search of the aforementioned personnel's emails were conducted using the search criteria provided by the requester, no records relevant to this public records request were found.

The MCSO Legal Liaison Section has been advised that there is no policies that reference to the use of mobile phone forensic tools and software.

The fee breakdown for completed requests are as follows:

Documents: $5.00 for first 10 pages & $.50 for each additional page

CD's: $15.00 each
