Nik Hatziefstathiou The Madison County Sheriff's Office has reviewed your request and has determined that the records requested are exempt from disclosure under public records law for the following reasons: The records you are requesting are not considered a public record: The inmates pay for their communications/visits/phone calls through a separate private entity through Telmate and are not considered a public record. Inmate commissary orders are not public record. The list of commissary available for inmates to purchase is public record not what the inmates have personally purchased. Personal mail/letters sent and received by an inmate are not public record. Also IC 74-105 investigatory records, this case is not adjudicated and the individual in your request has a co-defendant whos case is not adjudicated any associated records considered a public nature would not be released until both cases have been adjudicated. For questions or additional information, please reply to this email. Sincerely, Mike Courtney
