Dear Mr. Mickert,

In response to your FOIA request, it has been determined that there will be fees incurred for searching, accessing, and providing the records which you have requested. These fees will not be waived. The estimated cost is $450, which will provide one year’s worth of records. It is possible that the actual cost may exceed that estimate. If that is the case, you will be billed for the additional charges at the time of the response. Pursuant to §2.2-3704 (H), we are requesting a check for $450, made out to County of Loudoun and mailed to my attention. After the check has been received, the response time will restart. At that time, we will request a seven business day extension under §2.2-3704 (B)(4) to process the request.

If you any concerns or requests, please contact me by telephone, so we may discuss them. My contact information is listed below.

Thank you,

Mary Kiley on behalf of Chandra Evans,
