Hello,

Thank you very much for your response.

When I click on the magic link, it takes me to a page that says, " Resend confirmation instructions
Please wait 15 minutes before requesting a new confirmation email since each subsequent email will invalidate the previous one."

I may not have clicked the link with the 24-hour period. Would you please resend a new link?

Thank you,
Lisa Morse

Hi Linda - unfortunately the link will not work for you because you do not have an account in NextRequest. Your request was filed under an address that Muckrock assigns to your request and unfortunately signing in with your actual email address won't give you access to your request. You will have to receive your request updates from MuckRock, so I recommend reaching out to them. I apologize that you were sent that link, as it's very misleading.

Hello,
Numerous attempts to sign into the public records portal using the email address requests@muckrock.com have been unsuccessful, as have attempts to reset the password using this email address. Can you please either email the documents released through this request, or the letter denying their release to this email address, or help us access the documents through the portal? Thanks so much for your help!

Best,
Caitlin
