Your Open Records Request want sent via certified mail to the Attorney General's Office in Austin, Texas, for opinion on 5/28/21. A copy of that letter was sent via certified mail to Muck Rock News on that same date and signed for by an unrecognizable signature on our return receipt.

Please note the Attorney General has 45 (business) days to respond to our request for a letter ruling.
