Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All records of standard operating procedures, special orders, rescinded special orders, directives, memoranda, and protocols
- All training delivered to investigative personnel, including email, training documents, slide presentations, and other training documents

Pertaining to the following:

- Interviews of subjects with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), mental illnesses, and/or impairment due to drug and/or alcohol use
- Cellular phone consent searches
- Call detail records requests
- Video surveillance camera evidence collection
- Social media investigations

Please limit these records to those in effect for the period ranging November 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
