Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries for the year ending 2012
-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries for the year ending 2019
-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries as of the date this request is fulfilled (2022)
-Copies of all Library material censorship and complaint records, including evaluations by staff, patrons' complaints and record of final decisions, from 1/1/2019 thru the date this request is fulfilled.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

following, your response is attached.
-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries for the year ending 2012
-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries for the year ending 2019
-Catalog of Holdings for all School Libraries as of the date this request
is fulfilled (2022)
-Copies of all Library material censorship and complaint records, including
evaluations by staff, patrons' complaints and record of final decisions,
from 1/1/2019 thru the date this request is fulfilled.

We do not have access to the Catalog of Holdings from the year ending in
2012 or 2019. I've attached the Catalog of Holdings as of today's date.

We haven't had any formal censorship or complaints between 1/1/2019 and
today.
