Ben Houchin Car Accident Police Body Cam Footage (Lincoln Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The body camera footage of all of the Lincoln City police officers that responded to Chief Sheriff's Deputy Ben Houchin's car crash in which he struck Janice Moton on May 10, 2023. I also request any and all paper documentation and notes made by Lincoln City police officers in regard to their response to Chief Sheriff's Deputy Ben Houchin's car crash in which he struck Janice Moton on May 10, 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
