Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Flock Safety or Ubicquia.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

City of Las Vegas Please note: There is a charge for copies of public records. If the estimated cost of the copies requested is $25.00 or more, the requestor will be required to pay in full prior to reproduction. Materials will be held for 14 days. If not retrieved, the requestor will be charged in full for a second reproduction in addition to any unpaid original charges. Advance payment will be forfeited if material is not retrieved.
