DNA acquisition records (whether a sample from him has been acquired and when), booking / arrest records, mugshots, investigative notes or communications such as email, fax, or phone that involve BRIAN ALLEN HAIR (DOB: 1976-Aug-26) relating to Case No. 20-CR-012808-001 filed July 21, 2020 in Clark County.

The period to search is: July 20, 2020 through August 3, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are in receipt of your request for public records of April 6, 2023.

With respect to “DNA acquisition records (whether a sample from him has been acquired and when), booking / arrest records, mugshots, investigative notes,” we do not have “legal custody” of those records. NRS 239.0107(1). The legal custodian of records is the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, 400 South Martin Luther King Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106.

To the extent you are requesting “communications such as email” from this Office, which email accounts are you requesting be searched? In addition, what search terms are you requesting be used? There will be a fee associated with an email search. Once you provide us with this information, we will be able to advise you of the cost of the query.

If we do not hear back from you within fourteen (14) days, we will assume this request has been abandoned.
