From: LPL

Hi,

This is an overly broad exemption- can you clarify whether documents don't exist or whether documents do exist but are exempt from disclosure and what legal exemption you are citing? You are usually required to cite which exemptions apply and for what documents.

Lucy

From: LPL

Hi,

To follow up, I am appealing this finding that this exemption is overly broad- it does not specify to me which exemption you are citing. Please respond accordingly.
