Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

2. Documentation about advertising the press conference to the general public
3. All training materials provided by or originating from any representative of the CSPOA
4. All electronic correspondence between CSPOA and Lander County Sheriff's office

My apologies for the delay in my response to your request. I have included some of the information to your queries below. The remainder of your queries will require I obtain a quote from our email vender. Please advise if you would like me to proceed with inquiring from our email vender for an estimated cost associated with your request. If so, please be more specific regarding your search parameters.

1. Receipts for membership to the Constitutional Sherrif's and Peace Officers Association
The Lander County Sheriff's Office does not have a membership to the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association

1. Documentation about advertising the press conference to the general public
Please be more specific regarding the "press conference". Please indicate the date, time, and location of the press conference to which you are referring.

1. All training materials provided by or originating from any representative of the CSPOA
The Lander County Sheriff's Office received no physical materials form the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association. Any materials that the Lander County Sheriff's Office may have received would have been via email attachments.

1. All electronic correspondence between CSPOA and Lander County Sheriff's office
The Lander County Sheriff's Office utilizes a third-party email service that archives all emails to and from members of this agency. This service was started in January 2021 after it was discovered our then provider did not achieve our email accounts. All searches would be limited to a starting date of January 2021. Additionally, there is a cost from our vender to search the achieve. We will need to obtain a quote from the vender with specific parameters and search terms you would like searched.

Regarding number 1, the following article says that the Lander County Sheriff was at this event. Can you please check again regarding his membership?

The press conference was held on Sunday, June 20, 2021, located at Elko City Park.

I would appreciate a cost estimate from the vendor including specific parameters and search terms, such as: Richard Mack, CSPOA email addresses or .orgs, and anything that mentions the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

I apologize, I did not receive your additional information and request of March 25, 2022.

1. I re-read the referenced article. The article indicates Lander County was a member. "But in May and June, Elko and Lander County became the first two local governments to join the organization as members.". Please submit any further information request regarding membership to Lander County.
2. Your email search parameters are vague: (i.e.: "CSPOA email addresses or .orgs"), please provide what email addresses or names you are requesting I have our vender supply an estimate for. A numbered list would be appreciated to avoid any misunderstanding of the specific search parameters. The current search parameters as I understand them are below, please confirm and add any additional specific parameters:
