I am touching base just to give you an update on your request. As on December we went over to a new system with open records request so I no longer have access to our old system to get the request you are acquiring about. I have spoken with my Chief who states we should have two years of old requests backed up for insistences like this. Chief Kibodeaux emailed our old system on 7/12/2023 to get these files. We should be hearing back from them by Monday of next week (7/17/2023). I will email you with updates as I receive them.
