Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
For time period 01-01-2023 through 03/24/2024 please provide ANY correspondence between the police union for the Kissimmee Police Department, and that union (believed to be FOP) regarding Lt. Jesus Garcia.
For the same time period, please provide any documents pertaining to Lt. Jesus Garcia being placed on an employee improvement plan, any discipline issued to Lt. Garcia, any documented counseling or coaching.
For the same time period, any documents pertaining to Lt. Jesus Garcia being placed on the Brady list for untruthfulness in an official investigation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
