Body worn camera footage from Patrick Littek’s arrest on 9/23/2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

If you only cite code section… you are not providing a valid explanation.
Hence why the affidavit was illegal/invalid.

Just so we are clear the affiant perjured the affidavit, the officers documented their illegal activities in the affidavit, social media posts, falsified an arrest for a charge that does not exist in one’s residence. KGCSO escalated violence, denied the home owner (a person of color) from coming on his own property, KGCSO has no authority to in civil matters other than to serve a summons they destroyed my property unlawfully.
