Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting all body worn camera footage of the unconstitutional search warrants executed 9/23/2022, for the residence of 6081 Laura lane king George Virginia; The charges were dismissed with prejudice earlier today therefore this case is no longer under investigation. Thank you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is to inform you that I have received the request for records on Patrick Littek. Your original email was sent to an employee that retired in January and you would have received a response due to that fact. Mr. Littek called yesterday to inquire about the request which I was then able to locate. The county is required to respond to your request within five(5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In case it is not proactically possible to provide the requested records or determine their availability within the five days, the county may invoke B.4 §2.2-3704, which provided an additional seven workdays for an extension in response time.

This request is for Patrick Littek a victim of malicious prosecution, wrongful imprisonment, illegally seized items and wanton destruction of property. This case was dismissed with prejudice therefore Patrick is the victim and is entitled to the footage.
