Keller Independent School District - Cancellation of 'The Laramie Project'

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records reflecting the reasons, rationale, or basis for the decision (by any of the "many stakeholders" referenced by Bryce Nieman's statement to the Dallas Morning News) to cancel the production of "The Laramie Project."

This request includes, but is not limited to:

(a) any emails, text messages, or other communications sent or from any of the "stakeholders" which references the play (whether by name or implication);
(b) any calendar entries or invitations concerning any meeting during which "The Laramie Project" was discussed; and
(c) any audio, video, or written recording of any meeting during which "The Laramie Project" was discussed, including any Zoom, Webex, or similar recording.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
