Pursuant to the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any Certificate of Livestock Ownership/Movement (DC-44), Permit to Ship (DC-8), or other forms, communications, emails, or other documents filed by Mark Zuckerberg or Ko'olau Ranch (address: 7800 Koolau Rd, Kilauea, HI 96754)
- Any building permits associated with that address
- Any emails to, from, or mentioning Mark Zuckerberg or Ko'olau (or Koolau) ranch, as well as attachments
- Any photos, videos, or other media of Ko'olau Ranch

Please search from June 1, 2023 until the time this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
