To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Metadata of all emails which are sent to, from, including being CCed or BCCed by Michael Satter from January 1, 2020 to April 1, 2023 including one of the following keywords, "ARPA" or "American Rescue Plan".

The specific metadata data points I'm interested in are: to address(es), from address, cc address(es), bcc address(es), sent date/time, received date/time, subject line, and if the email has an attachment. This request does not seek the contents of the emails themselves, and only the specified email metadata. Please provide me with the records in an Excel format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

e

e,

Your request has been received. For your info, all media requests need to be sent to the three PIOs (my partners are CC’ed) who handle all the requests for media outlets.

We work these requests in the order in which they are received. Once we have completed the requests in line ahead of yours, we will be back in touch.
Thanks,

E,

At this time, we are having data storage/technical problems with our software program used to conduct email searches. This makes it very difficult to conduct email searches based on broad requests. We are unable to complete this search at this time. Our records unit has tried several times and receives an error message each time. If you would like to submit another request and get more specific with your search perimeter, we can try again.
Thanks,

Donna
