Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records:
Communications between the department and Converus Inc or Ruiz Protective Service Inc, from Jan 1 2016 to the current date, or the date of your search, whichever is later. To include reports and data supplied by Converus/RPS, and any contracts.
Any assessment, evaluation or report on the functionality or use of the Converus EyeDetect system within the department, over the same time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm following up on the following Government Records Access and Management Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 3, 2018. You had previously indicated that it would be completed on Nov. 27, 2018. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date. You had assigned it reference number #None.

Mr. Harris,
After reviewing your request with our personnel, the only correspondence we can find with Conversus is the original purchase invoice. There is no formal contract with Conversus. The only other contact with Conversus would be when we use the eye detect system. Most of the tests we do are on potential employees and the results simply tell us if they are truthful in their answers. There have been no assessments, evaluations, or reports generated on the functionality of the system, Therefore their are no documents to send to you.
