MO lobbyist expenditures

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

all lobbyist expenditures, dated from now to as far back as possible. I request the entire database, including all fields and any documentation necessary to interpret the data. If there are fields that you cannot release, please provide all other fields.

I can accept the data in many formats and on multiple media. I’d be happy to talk with your database administrator to figure out the best way to format the data.

If the fees for processing this request will exceed $40, please provide an itemized estimate of costs. If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial, including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
