The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Good afternoon.
As you are aware, your public records request was received by the University of North Florida and referred to our office for handling. In accordance with F.S. Ch 119.07(4)(d), the special service fee for responding to your request is estimated to include one hour of employee time at a rate of $43.61 per hour.
You are welcome to forward a check payable to the University of North Florida in the amount of $43.61, to the address below in the signature block. Upon receipt of payment, the University will initiate researching and compiling the responsive documentation. If it ends up taking substantially less than an hour of employee time to fulfill the request, we will reimburse you the difference. If on the other hand, it takes longer than an hour to complete the response, we will invoice you the for the overage.

In response to the public records request below, the University of North Florida attaches the documents responsive to your request.
Please note with regard to no. 5, the contract documents stem from a March 12, 2015 date. We were unable to locate records pertaining to a December 1, 2014 date of performance by Black.
The University is also in receipt of the special service fee in the amount of $43.61. Please note, a little over one hour was spent responding to the request, therefore no adjustments with regard to the special service fee are necessary.
