Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Official and unofficial policy and procedure regarding River Delta Fire Protection District's use of personal protective equipment while responding to and on scene of the following types of calls for service; medical-aid calls, wildland or vegetation fires, structural fire's including commercial and residential, vehicle accidents, vehicle fires, haz-mat incidents and water rescues.

Please include any and all related training documents to personal protective equipment, including training class rosters, date & time of last individual department member trainings classes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
