Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- occupants
- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number

- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
- Indicates whether the property is commercial or residential, if possibl

I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. I'm a senior reporter at The Guardian, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Hi, Mrs. Geiger our Civil Officer is attempting to go to the Courts to locate some records . Nothing has been scanned into her office computer system since COVID March 2020. Kim is our only person in the Civil office. We will need another extension to try and to locate some kind of list for you. Kim may have prior records from January 2019. We should know this By next week. Thank you

Good day,
Since the Covid-19 Epidemic not all my evictions have been automated through my system. I'm slowly getting files scanned and automated but it's a slow process. I can give you what I have but it will not be accurate.

My apologies I am working on it….
