The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

* No COVID-19 vaccine was administered prior to December 14th, when the first doses arrived in Idaho.
* Since more time has transpired since your request, I am providing the most up to date information on COVID-19 vaccine wastage through 2/23/2021. There were reports of 201 COVID-19 vaccine doses as wastage.
Regarding your request for "any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021," in order to fulfill this request, I need a specific list of the data you are looking for.
