Good afternoon,
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I am requesting the following information:
A list of every employee who left the Aldine Independent School District between August 1, 2021 and December 31, 2023.
For each employee, I am requesting
• Employee’s name
• Their hire date
• The date they left your school district
• Their job title
• Their organizational unit/campus
• The reason for the separation
I’m requesting the information be sent electronically in an Excel or spreadsheet format.

Good afternoon,
Aldine ISD is in receipt of your request for public information. The
District will begin to compile the information requested and determine
whether or not any of the information is believed to be confidential by law
or excepted from public disclosure.
This process may take up to ten (10) business days. Should the District
need additional time to comply with your request, you will receive notice
of the reason for the delay and an approximate date the information will be
available.
To avoid diverting funds from the educational process, it may be necessary
for the District to recover the cost of providing the information. For
example, pursuant to Section 552.261 of the Texas Government Code, the
District will charge ten ($.10) cents per page for paper copies, if
applicable. The District will pass along other costs incurred. In the event
that the charges for the information exceed $100.00 you may be required to
post a cash bond before soft or hard copies are made. The district will
provide a cost estimate before processing requests anticipated to be
greater than $40. Typically, there is no charge for information that is
readily available.
