This e-mail is in response to your Texas Public Information Act request below. The University seeks clarification regarding the scope of your request pursuant to Texas Government Code 552.222(b) (the “Texas Public Information Act”).
The University seeks to clarify the following with regard to your request for contracts and/or agreements, as well as invoices with and from the various entities. Are you requesting current contracts and/or agreements and related invoices or are you requesting any contract and/or agreement with these entities from September 15, 2013 to March 6, 2020, along with corresponding invoices.
Please simply respond to this e-mail to provide clarification that matches the scope of your request. The University is required to inform you that if you fail to respond to this e-mail seeking to clarify your request within 61 days, your request will be considered withdrawn.
