Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting to inspect or obtain copies of public records that detail the Twitter (X) practices of the Memorial Villages Police Department. This account’s last post was a retweet from 2019 and the next most recent post was from 2018. I am researching why this account was discontinued, and to do so, I am requesting all communications between the Houston Police Department and the Memorial Villages Police Department regarding their use of Twitter (X).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
