To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
The members of the group that the department is limiting comment to on their Facebook Social Media page. Their postings state that the Department is limiting who can comment on the post. Please provide the names of the accounts of those persons or businesses that are allowed to comment.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
John Passmore

We've received your request for public records dated 07/29/2023, in accordance with the Florida Public Records Act (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes).
Currently, we are conducting a review of your request and checking for requested information. However, please be advised that the Florida Public Records Act may exempt certain records from disclosure. As the custodians of these records, we are obligated to meticulously evaluate each document to determine its release eligibility.
We will make every effort to provide you with prompt access to non-exempt records in accordance with the law. Please note, however, that some documents may require additional time for retrieval, review, and redaction in order to safeguard exempt information.
The Florida Public Records Act authorizes us to charge reasonable fees for the duplication of public records and the extensive use of agency resources. I will estimate the total cost for review, redaction, and duplication after examining your request. If there are fees, we will create an invoice with an estimated amount due upon receipt, if applicable. After receiving payment, your request will be processed, and you will be notified when it is available.
Thank you,

Please be advised that Florida has a broad public records law, and all correspondence to me via e-mail may be subject to disclosure. Under Florida Law e-mail addresses are public record. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead contact this office by phone or in writing.
