Public Information Request: Homeland Security Grant - Interoperable Communications Enhancements

According to a press release from Gov. Abbott's office on November 7, 2023, the Public Safety Office is administering 383 grant awards totaling $62 million for "homeland security" associated programs: https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-over-528-million-in-public-safety-grants

According to responsive records, Harris County was awarded $3,349,011 on 11-Oct-23 (grant number 2973209) for the purpose of "HC - Interoperable Communications Enhancements."

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $3,349,011, awarded on 11-Oct-23, to Harris County for the purpose of "HC - Interoperable Communications Enhancements" (grant number 2973209).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
