In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Christina,
Appreciate the quick response! I expect that the main difference between "All emails" and the queries you listed would be that it would exclude emails where the parties have been moved to the CC or BCC line?
Could we use the second query but change the "To: X" to "(To: X OR CC: X)"? So it would be something like "(FROM: X AND (TO: Y OR CC: Y)) OR (FROM: Y AND (TO: X OR CC: X))"? Please let me know if that makes sense.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding the information you provided in your last email. In the initial request you specifically said “all emails between” which would not necessarily include emails that they were copied in. Can you please verify if you’re seeking All emails between those parties.
