Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The full name, rank, and badge number of the officers driving the police SUVs on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 12:50 PM with the following identifying numbers on them:
1.) 94150
2.) 95017
I would also like to have the same information for any other officers in the vehicles with them at that time. The drivers appeared to be having a meeting while behind the National Tire & Battery store at the crossroads of Grapevine Mills Blvd. North and Highway 121.
Please redact any information that might reveal the identity of any police officers that are considered undercover. I also agree to the redaction of any information that is subject to mandatory exceptions, provided such redactions are clearly labeled on the information received.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
