Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All visitor logs, visitation privilege records and commissary lists relating to inmate Wayne B. Williams (GDC ID: 0000408135) from 01/01/2015 to date. Additionally, any information in Williams' prisoner file relating to work details, Academic Education and Vocational Education Programs during his time incarcerated from 01/31/1984 to date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

All of the records that you have requested (visitation logs, commissary lists, work details, program details, etc) are located in either the offender institutional or central office files. All institutional inmate files and central office inmate files are classified as confidential state secrets and privileged under Georgia law. O.C.G.A. § 42-5-36 (c). Therefore, they are not subject to release under the Open Records Act. O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(a). Thus, we are unable to release any of the requested records of offender Williams to you.
