Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails and documents between auditors and the Georgia Public Broadcasting (The Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission) regarding the "Significant Deficiency in Internal Control" (FS-977-21-01 Controls over Capital Assets) stated in the GPTC's FY2021 Audit:

The audit included a review of capital assets that found several issues.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
