Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents which contain the phrase "Flock Safety Permitting Documents" submitted to the Department of Transportation between 1/1/2022 and 11/7/2023 for installation of automated license plate readers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The Georgia Department of Transportation is in receipt of your Open Records Request received in the Office of Legal Services on November 7, 2023. After reviewing and researching your request we have determined that it will cost $86.25 (3.75 hrs. x $23.00) plus $20.67/hour to review the documents to complete your request in full. There is also a charge of $5.99 for a USB drive should the records be too large to forward electronically. The first 15 minutes of work have been deducted from the cost of this request per the statute.
Please be advised that if you approve the estimate, after the completion of a review of records, an invoice will be sent by our Accounting Department and payment may be made via a check, wire, or ACH transaction per the instructions on the invoice.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed with your request.
