Georgia State University and Georgia Public Broadcasting on cuts to GPB

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Under the Georgia Open Records Act § 50.18.70 et seq., I am requesting copies of documents, emails, and other correspondence between Georgia State University and Georgia Public Broadcasting and between GSU and members of the state legislature related to cuts to GPB’s state funding in the FY24 budget and GPB's ongoing competition with WABE on GSU's radio station WRAS.

Georgia Public Broadcasting may also be called the Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission in correspondence.

The time period I's seeking is from March 1, 2023 and April 2, 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
