Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The spreadsheet of all requests made to this agency through its ReadyOp system for the period from March 1, 2020 through the date this request is processed. Please include all segregable details, including but not limited to: the requesting agency, the date the request was made, the nature of the request, the status of the request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

On May 14, 2020, GEMA/HS received your revised open records request for:

Due to the voluminous nature of requests, the current activation level of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, and the on-going Public Health Emergency all requests have lead times beyond standard production and at least one pending request has a lead time of two weeks.
Please expect to hear from us directly regarding our progress regarding the agency's initial query and any associated time and cost estimates. Again, our goal is to provide this information to you as expeditiously as we can.
