We are in receipt of your open records request. This remains an open and pending investigation. Therefore, per the exemption provided in O.C.G.A. 50-18-72(a)(4), any communications are not subject to dissemination until the investigation is concluded and the case is no longer pending in court or on appeal. Even if the query were required, the responsive information would be excepted from production under the Act, as such disclosures would compromise our security. See O.C.G.A. 50-18-72(a)(25)(A)(ii). This request will be closed.
