The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good afternoon,
Regarding your open records request for records pertaining to correspondences including the terms "Prostitute", "Escort", "Sex Work", "Sex Worker", "Sex Trafficking", "Sex Trafficker", "Sex Buyer", "Commercial Sex", "Sex Trade", "Sex Industry" on June 1, 2023, the estimated time search for these records is 2 hours at $50 per hour for a total of $100. In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(d), please respond to this email with your agreement to pay the search fee. Once we receive your agreement to pay, we will perform the search for responsive records.
Additional fees will apply once/if any responsive records are identified as they must be reviewed and redacted pursuant to statute at a rate of $32.63 per hour. Records related to a pending investigation/prosecution will be redacted. We will let you know the estimated cost at that time and secure your agreement to pay before continuing. Please be advised, fees in excess of $500 will require prepayment.
