To Whom It May Concern:
According to a previous Open Records request, the Fulton County Sheriff has a contract with GrayShift which began on 5/18/23 and runs through 5/17/24 for a total of $30,795. Please see the attached document for confirmation.
Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Audit/use logs, since May 18, 2023, documenting each time someone has used a GrayShift device and/or system, including, where available, the person's position, the purpose for which the system was used, the date, and any associated criminal case numbers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
