Response: Additional information is required to fulfill your open records request. Please provide the following:
1. Date range: Please provide a specific date range for this search (e.g. "March 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023" or "September 4, 2020")
2. Name or email address of sender/receiver: We only have access to Fulton County employees’ email boxes. We cannot search the emails of non-employees unless they previously sent a email to or received an email from a Fulton County employee. Please narrow your request and provide the specific names or emails of the Fulton County employees you are referencing in your request. Please also provide the email address of anyone that is not a Fulton County employee.
3. Keyword search terms that you would like captured in your search: We cannot fulfill your request without keyword search terms. Please be very specific, otherwise we will have to guess as to what you are asking for and you may not receive all of the emails you are seeking. (e.g. "court" or "police station")
Once we have received the information requested above, we will forward your request to our IT department so that they may conduct the search.
Your request will be paused for 10 days while clarification is pending. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, your request will be withdrawn. Once we receive the required information, we will forward your request to the IT department so that they can run the search.
